Q. What services do you offer?
We provide house cleaning, office cleaning, new construction cleaning, apartment cleaning and vacation rental cleaning.
Q. Are you bonded and insured?
Yes. For your protection we are bonded and fully insured.
Q. What areas do you service?
We service the Upper and Middle Florida Keys
Q. Do I need to supply anything?
For your convenience, we furnish all cleaning supplies and equipment.
Q. Can I get a free quote ?
Yes. Simply fill out our online quote form and we will contact you for a free quote.
Q. How do I pay for my service?
Payments for home cleaning and apartment/vacation rental cleaning is due at time of service. For Commercial cleaning, we will invoice.
Q. Do I need to be home the day of cleaning?
No. It is not necessary to be home while we are cleaning. However, we leave this entirely up to your preferences.
Q. How will you enter my home on my scheduled days of cleaning?
We leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with.
1. You may give us a key.
2. You can leave a key under a door mat the day of cleaning.
3. You can give us the code to the garage.
4. You can leave the door unlocked the day of cleaning.
Q. How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?
We require payment at time of service for residential cleaning. We accept most major credit cards, debit card payments and payment by check or cash. If you would like to pay for services using your credit card, please visit our payment center where you will be transferred to PayPals secure server for payment.
