Payments for home cleaning and apartment/vacation rental cleaning is due at time of service. For commercial cleaning, we will invoice.
No. It is not necessary to be home while we are cleaning. However, we leave this entirely up to your preferences.
We leave this up to you–whatever you feel most comfortable with. You may give us a key, you can leave a key under a door mat the day of the cleaning, you can give us a garage code, or you can leave the door unlocked on the day of the cleaning.
We require payment at time of service for residential cleaning. We accept most major credit cards, debit card payments and payment by check or cash. If you would like to pay for services using your credit card, please visit our payment center where you will be transferred to PayPal’s secure server for payment.
